Delivery Notice:
To ensure timely delivery, we are now using Canada Post alongside additional carriers. As a result, packages may be left at your doorstep without a signature. If you prefer to require a signature upon delivery, or if your order includes special delivery instructions, please email us immediately after placing your order. Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes or remote areas.If you have any questions about delivery, please feel free to contact us for more information.  We appreciate your understanding.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERIES: There are no minimum purchase amounts or restrictions. 
Someone must be home to receive the delivery—packages will not be left unattended.
Delivery is available in the morning, afternoon, or evening. If you have a preferred delivery time, please leave a note at checkout.  Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Teddy Bear Loft to confirm your delivery time.

Most local deliveries can be expected within 1-4 days.  Free shipping for Montreal area camps, schools and daycares! *Please contact us if your school/camp/daycare is not in one of the eligible cities for a free shipping code.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Orders sent to an incorrect address will be returned to Teddy Bear Loft . Additional shipping charges will be applied for the returned delivery and to have the order shipped out a second time. Thank you!   

Please note that sometimes smaller orders (depending on their shipping box or envelope size)  may not be eligible for a tracking number by Canada Post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. 

DOLLAR AMOUNTS ARE ALL IN CANADIAN DOLLARS

Teddy Bear Loft primarily uses Canada Post for deliveries within Canada. Canada Post may: 

  • Leave a pickup notice with instructions in your mailbox or at your door.

  • Leave the package at your doorstep if they deem it safe to do so.

  • Place the package in your community mailbox.

  • Redirect the package to a nearby post office for pickup.

  • Attempt delivery on another day (less common, but possible)

Please allow 1-15 business days for deliveries to remote areas.

We can only ship to one address per order.

Full address and phone number are needed for all deliveries.

If you're in a time crunch, we can often arrange overnight or express shipping. Contact us to check availability and receive a personalized quote.
